Futurecom Innovation Prize 2010: registrations up to August 30

The Futurecom 2010 Innovation Prize will reward the three best VAS Applications for Telecommunication Services and IT, developed by professionals, researchers and students. During Futurecom 2010 (25-28 October), visitors will have access to 10 applications finalists who will be demonstrated live and learn about the three winners. Registrations are free and should be held until August 30.

Technological Connections: registrations up to August 31

The Technological Connections Festival highlights works in Arts and Design in digital media, performed by college students from all over the country. Participants can apply until August 31 and will compete for three awards of $ 1,500.00 each. Karla Brunet, Rejane Spitz, André Mintz, Ricardo Palmieri, Jimmy Leroy, Lucas Bambozzi e Muti Randolph, reknown professors and professionals in art and design, will take part of the Festival jury.


Until August 29 the Ruhr Valley in Germany hosts the ISEA, one of the most important art and technology festivals. The Latin American Forum, co-directed by Sergio Motta Institute, is one of the highlights of the ISEA. BrunoVianna, Lucas Bambozzi, Mariana Manhães, Rejane Cantoni, and Simone Osthoff will take part of a group of Brazilians artists and critics. The curator of the Brazilian delegation was made by artistic directors Giselle Beiguelman (ISM) and Andreas Broeckmann (ISEA).
